decrease youth academy number and the extreme idiocy of randomne

Hello my friends!! Is this still a thing ?? Cant chose who leaves? I mean, i want to decrease the number but this can cost me precious youth players if this happens randomly. A bird told me that the first ones leaving randomly are the younger ones, like 16 year olds. So my friends, how this works in October 2022 ?? Thank youHello my friends!! Is this still a thing ?? Thank you. I have a curiosity but i would not want to risk to find out. If you have some youth in TC then you lower the number in academy, is it possible that also some youth among the ones in TC will leave ??

I've never thought about this but I'd imagine so too. It would be strange if that was a loophole to pick which players to keep.

I have only 16-17yo players in hockey as i started last season. I recently tried to change the number of youths thru custom setup. I had one guy on camp which resulted in me not being able to change it. Would think the same goes for simply reducing amount of youths.I recently tried to change the number of youths thru custom setup. So, when you can order the new youth players and the 18 old players leave the academy, you can't decrease the number of the players with the number of the academy-leaving players? You won't be able to decrease this number until the 18yr olds actually turn 19 or you will lose them too
