Custom Youth Setup

I am very old member of MZ however new to this feature. I have used this feature only once before. Today I my 16 years youth arrived and none of them were of any use based on scout report. Therefore, I thought of using this feature to order some goo youths. Initially I had 8 each 16yrs new arrived and 17yrs trained and 7 - 18yrs youth. Hence, While ordering I selected 7 - 16yrs old 8 - 17 yrs old and 1 18 - yrs old thinking that these ordered players will be added in my squad. However, after using the feature all my trained 18yrs youth except one were removed from team. Could the owners please reverse this act which i deeply regret now. Tried doing so, however only reply that I received was ticket is deemed to be resolved. I don;t know what to do as my youths didn't join back nor Custom youth featured was refreshed. I am still wondering what to do.
