NCA roll improvement, button for accept or deny

I propose when it's proposed the roll as NCA to a user, the respective user to have the posibillity to accept or reject. Why? Because right now for national team of Romania are added NCA users against their will. The NC of the Romania national team is commiting an abuse or more maybe.I propose when it's proposed the roll as NCA to a user, the respective user to have the posibillity to accept or reject.
