better youth for better teams

Like the FM, better youth should be more likely to be attracted to teams in higher positions, as a benefit for managers to work harder on their teams and invest more.

U18 should be equal for everyone.
A Big disslike with all My heart on this suggestion.

However, its not equal for everyone. Some have superior young ones and some not where luckiness counts.

How IS the this system no fair? We all have the same chance to win the lottery and get a super player?

Your suggestion on the other hand is very unfair. You want to give the already strong team more advantages.

I suspect you are a duplicate account of a higher ranked team, or this is the dumbest suggestion ever. As a newly formed team how would you expect to ever climb the table if you can’t get a decent youth?

Could you imaging all D3 teams and below only getting at best 2* High potential players.

It would make this game impossible for new clubs, it would warp all the finances to the higher division teams which already have ridiculous amounts of cash in reserve.
