What happens when a player is injured at KO?

Badge image
Has anyone had a player injured an hour before a game who will technically recover by kick off before? And if so what happened?

My assumption is when the squad locks in an hour before kick off he’ll be treated as injured for the entire game.

Would be great to know before 10AM tomorrow..!

Thanks!

For me he doesn't have injury anymore while writing this.

A red cross denotes that he is unavailable for selection while an orange cross indicates that he is recovering from his ailment and can take part in games, but with an increased risk of further injury.

So if you play orange crossed players they play as good as normal but have increased chance of further injury. Red cross would mean he will be replaced automaticly from your subtitutes.

Im assuming you wrote your message while he was orange crossed as he isnt injured anymore so I would have played him as normal in field anyways even if he had orange cross.

Thanks - Normally I just let it play out but having to focus on the marginal %s a little more this season!

Appreciate the above. As a follow up - has anyone seen any performance impact playing a player on an orange injury (eligible)?
