Senior Squad Coaches

I'm wanting to make sure I'm not missing something... If I buy up fully trained players for my senior squad (maxed in all useful skills) would it make sense to have any coaches? I'm thinking if nobody needs coaching, then I could save on coaches (just for the youths).I'm wanting to make sure I'm not missing something...

You wouldn't need coaches really. But it usually pays to have cheap coaches to help move some secondary skills up etc.You wouldn't need coaches really. But it usually pays to have cheap coaches to help move some secondary skills up etc.
