I'm not sure if its been discussed at all, but I'd love to see an all-in National Cup added to the annual schedule along with the league games.
What I'm proposing would be a free cup:
-knockout (no group play) format
-all teams auto-entered (even CPU teams)
-potentially seed based on prior season standings
The national cups used to be a great target, but they are pay-to-play and some smaller countries (Canada included) have been combined due to user bases and no longer have their own cups. This would be a great title to add along with the top league title to determine the 'best' team in each country. And by adding all users (plus CPU) even small nations should have enough teams for a legit cup.
