A problem for the ambitious. Training Field capacity.

Meny of us are interested in playing at the highest level in every category as possible(senior and Uxx). For sure that's one of the toughest things to achieve in the game and you may agree that requires a lot of hard work and planification.

Our squads may have 70 to 90 players depending of the strategy(23 of them u18 of course). I personally have 76 right now but would like to add a few more. 82/83 would be a sweet spot for me.

But let me introduce the main problem that we face while having a big squad.
The fact that we only get 42 players(over 18yo) to be able to Train in the training field and only 5 of them in each ability are able to train with a coach is not logical at all. And of course, diminished the potential of some of the players that are not able to train with coach, or not even enter the TF at all.

My suggestion would be to increase players training with coach from 5 to 7/8 in each ability. And be able to train up to 66/67 players in total in the Training field.

Given that Uxx competitions are important to many managers (and for some even more important than senior competitions), I would say that it would make sense to have three separate training fields: (a) for the senior team, (b) for the reserve squad (so basically for U19-U23 players, but would be nice to have the freedom to move players from the main squad to reserve and vice versa) and (c) for youths. And this would also solve the issues mentioned by mauro16.

That would be an interesting idea. The main goal is that capacity issues are addressed.

Improved training field capacity, more training camp spots and even a bigger youth academy are welcome, in my view.

I also strongly agree. It is now almost impossible to achieve top results on all fronts (senior, u23, u21) due to this limitation. I agree that one way or the other the amount of players on the training field should be increased drastically.
For a strong senior team your players should be at their strongest (> 27 years). In the age range between 24 and the time that they are good enough for the senior team you will have to keep them training.
For a top u21 team and U23 team your team should consist of preferably more than 75% of 23 or 21.

3 separate fields means more coaches, which adds some 35-40k euro per week for this, which I do not agree - 500k per season is too much. Maybe only if you add a special prize from the management for those who compete in all 3 levels but even then...

Adding 2 spots per skill on the seniors training ground would solve the problem you mention, while not increasing costs. Plus I think it would be easier...
