Additional requirement national coach

I hope Managerzone will have to add an extra restriction that a manager must meet in order to become national coach of his/her country. That is: that he/she has already played at least 5 seasons in the highest division (seniors) with his/her team for example. That to exclude not so active users from being chosen as national coach.I hope Managerzone will have to add an extra restriction that a manager must meet in order to become national coach of his/her country.
