Pace of youth players arriving?

If I open 23 places for a youth academy, at what pace will they be arriving? Do they arrive only at Saturday as I think I read somewhere, and how many of them come each Saturday?If I open 23 places for a youth academy, at what pace will they be arriving? You’ll receive them later today when finances are recalculated for the season.
