Loyal players

Wow. Again. I'm beside myself with these loyal players now. Two players given to me both maxed out at 6 stamina. They're totally useless to me. I cant see them. Can something be done to remove the maxing and potentially bring down the total balls if needs be or remove maxing on speed or stamina. I now have to sack both those players.Wow. Again. Tried...With that tactic I became "specialist in failure" as I failed to win anything big with my own squad on U-xx level! [:P] Most successful way seems to be - train youths, sell them for max. profit, then use those funds to buy best players possible. Lets see how far this tactic takes me! :)
