Increase % of good youth players

Prices on market are going extremely up. We jave less active users than it used to be. In the past with more users there was higher count of good players. Now once we have less users then to keep similar amount of good players, the possibility of getting good youth players should be increased.Prices on market are going extremely up. Would be a nice feature to have a gradually increasing probability of high potential youth players arriving at the club (maybe based on the division that the team is playing, also some sort of financial investment, etc). A kind of youth intake improvement as in the Football Manager game.
