Best hockey tactic

Hi guys! I was wondering if anyone of you can imagine a good tactic to be set up for managers with average player. Players with 7 pucks or less on the most important skills. Egg. Power - 7; Shooting - 7; Stamina - 7; Quickness - 7; Skating - 7; Checking - 7... Is there a specific tactic to use to have a quite balance match against better teams? I ask because I got a lot of messages from managers from Canada and even from other countries where managers are struggling to build a competitive squad. And not just because the players are weak or the country selection is very small, is also because tactics. Is a good idea that an average players squad should use a committed mentality? Or an attacking pressing strategy? Is passive better over a committed mentality? Is a balanced one safer to play? Is a good idea to attack with Line 1 or Line 3? A lot of questions, right? I am sure that more experienced managers can help with ideas, suggestions and even with tactics if possible. Would be very helpful to picture the best "Mentality" and the best "Pressing" and also where to place players on the field based on the skills above. I know that is no perfect tactic or the tactic is build on the players skills and not all managers can use same strategy, but maybe some more information won't harm. All your questions could be answered if some day in the world the [b]test tactic[/b] option was available in hockey as in football many years ago, we would all spend many tokens to understand how tactics work.
