There is no need (and no possibility) to renew player contracts - they just stay in your team for as long as you want them to (that is, until you fire or sell them). And youths automatically become seniors when they reach 19 years of age.There is no need (and no possibility) to renew player contracts - they just stay in your team for as long as you want them to (that is, until you fire or sell them).
