Prior to the grand final we are pleased to chat with willy2011 NC from Uruguay.

🎙️ Thank you very much for agreeing to this short interview.

🎙️ Making memory Uruguay and Peru faced 3 times in knockout stages and one of them was the final of the Confederation 2011 which Uruguay won with a comfortable 6 to 2.

🎙️ Can you imagine a similar final?
[color=blue] Hopefully we could repeat what we achieved in 2011 against Peru, we know it's a very even match, Peru has a very good team and has shown it during this Cup, obviously we are going for the win as always.[/color]

🎙️ How are you preparing for the final match?
[color=blue] We are still not sure how we are going to start, we know how they play and that motivates us to make a couple of changes.[/color]

🎙️ Do you get together with your coaching staff to watch the final or does everyone watch it on their own?
[color=blue]No, it would be great to get together and watch the final together, but due to a distance and work issue we won't be able to.[/color]

🎙️ Is the Uruguayan community supporting the national team?
[color=blue]Yes yes, match by match they are pending, I think they are as excited as we are for what happens on Saturday, since the u21 World Cup they have been supporting us, both in the selection board and in the WhatsApp group of Uruguay.[/color]

[color=blue]We hope together with Gaston (Phigas3) and Ramiro (Ramavuelve) to conquer again this cup for our country that we have been denied for so many years, thank you very much for the interview and I congratulate you for your work covering Confederations and Champions cup.[/color]
