Question in HP and LP

So I cant seem to find the youth thread on potentials. HP If a player has 4 stars and reaches 10 in one of these and not the other. Is it impossible for him to reach 10 in any skill? I assume if he reaches 10 in both then he has a chance at getting a 3rd 10? LP Let's say I have a player with 2 star LP and he gets 6 in both of these skills? Can I assume all other trainable skills will be 6 or higher?So I cant seem to find the youth thread on potentials.

HP answer: if one HP skill goes to 9 and one 10, no other skill can go to 10. - If both go to 10 then addition skills can go to 10 too. LP answer: If both skills were to max at 6 then all other skills will reach at least 6.HP answer: if one HP skill goes to 9 and one 10, no other skill can go to 10.
