FairPlay HC promoted to major league without trophies

The team FairPlay HC was promoted to the Brazilian major league (Liga Brasileira) without winning 1 trophy in the MZ, I have never been champion of any league in any division, I believe it is historic because I have never seen reports of a team doing something like that, am I correct?
