I was wondering how others trained youths?
Do you attempt to max their highest potentials? Or do you tackle important stats that aren't highest potentials?
So let's say you get a 4 star shoot/BC striker.
Would you train his speed and stamina to see what they get to. So not to waste energies or camps on this player would maxed on 5 or 6 speed etc.
Or would you max the highest potentials for 9 and 10?
