Is form sometimes bugged?

I have a player who has been stuck at 3 form for weeks now even though he plays 2 friendlies and a league game every week and a bunch of cup games. is form sometimes stuck?I have a player who has been stuck at 3 form for weeks now even though he plays 2 friendlies and a league game every week and a bunch of cup games. is form sometimes stuck?

Is he stuck on 3 underplayed? If yes, he has to play more form-affecting games (in this case, friendlies)Is he stuck on 3 underplayed? If yes, he has to play more form-affecting games (in this case, friendlies)

If he’s underplayed he needs to play as many games as possible till he’s satisfied, this usually means more than the required to maintain form. To maintain form of 9+ a player needs to play 4 Friendlies and 2 league games. Cup games only have a positive effect on form and only help form.If he’s underplayed he needs to play as many games as possible till he’s satisfied, this usually means more than the required to maintain form.
