Header forward..which is best?

Badge image
Morning! I have a 19 year old who maxed at 8 in heading this morning and allready have 10 shooting. Also garanteed 7+ BC and has H3 i Pi. Anyway, how would you rate the heading/shooting combo, compared the other way around and 9/9?

Aksel Jaanovits

Age: 37 (Retired)

This guy is top3 scorer and target man of my rival in finnish premiers. (19 goals scored)

Vedat Muriqi

Age: 34

This is what I use for now (8 goals scored)

I started playing from wings couple seasons ago so im just in building phase. Ofc muriqi is behind on skills ect but your guy probably wont be useless. Still if you ask my preference i would say he would be better as striker not target man. Depending of his other maxings ofc.

I would personally always prefer 10/10 striker in wing play! Currently I have those two upfront:

I always try to aim at least 9 shooting, 10 heading, 9 play int., ball control 8.
Stamina is not listed there as I always try to have at least 2 strikers who can sub eachother.

And best part is that those strikers aren't expensive if you have patience - Raie costed 2,1 mln euros and Lucas only 1,5 mln euros

Thx, both. 19-20 balls in total is obviously better. I have a few 9/9s too, so was wondering what was best. With some luck, my guy will get 8 or more BC and he will look a bit like Jaanovits. 7/7 in running (maxed) but will have 9 (most likely) pi. So given a decent amount of BC, I reckon he can be kept for my first team.

This is my starter. H4 PI so he will train that from now on.
Jon Forsmo

Age: 31

This guy has been his sub. Scout says nothing about PI (or stamina) so can, in theory, become pretty decent. Or useless.
Erling Rolfsen

Age: 29

This is the guy I mentioned earlier. H3 PI and min 7 BC. Must sell sell either of the two latter ones. High PI garanteed on #3 however #2 have the ekstra ball i heading. BC could go to equal balls.
PS! Sold all my aging players a while ago to start and build with a pretty good youth batch I have.
