Why did my player do that?

Hi, fellow managers!

Recently I have noticed in multiple of my games that whenever any of my defenders get a red card, that player gets replaced on pitch with my wing attacker.
For example in this game (Nr. 10 got replaced by nr. 6): https://www.managerzone.com/?p=match&sub=result&mid=1229876572

Because of that, my team is missing the most important player in side tactics and perform very badly.
Is it supposed to be like this, and what can I do so that my attacker wouldn't move to defense as soon as there's a red card?

/I am sorry if there is already an explanation for this somewhere that I couldn't find.

It’s an automatic thing. When there’s a red card your lowest numbered striker goes into defence.

You can set a rule in your Tactic to make a substitution if there’s a red card or formation change to get around this.

Thank you! I now added a rule to change to alternative formation after red card. Hopefully that will fix this.
