Youth Scouting Reports?

Hey Guys, Im a long time MZ manager who was inactive and decided to return to the game. I have a question. How accurate are the youth scouting reports? Do you guys follow them religiously? Does skill potential have to do with maxings only? or is it also about training speed? Thank you in advance. Based on my current youths the report is spot on. My understand now is that the High Potential gives you an idea of there nest skills so for example if your guy maxes off at 7 pucks power and that was high high potential then you wont get any other skill over that. The training speed just gets you to that point quicker.Based on my current youths the report is spot on.
