Expierence gaining

Does expierence depend on player age and is gained faster when player has become older? Or it just depends on how many cups, leagues and etc. player plays in the tactic field?Does expierence depend on player age and is gained faster when player has become older?

Experience is gained in two ways: 1.Players playing matches league/cup/Friendlies weighing in that order (don’t think FL’a contribute to experience but I could be wrong) 2. At the start of every season players receive an experience boost. Usually ranges from half a ball and sometimes up to a bit more than a complete ball depending on the player.Experience is gained in two ways:

thank you chucky, just saw player 26 years old with 6 exp balls and got confused.

Most likely he’s pretty much played no game time at all. Probably owned by a very inactive manager or a few over his time that haven’t played him in games or very limited.Most likely he’s pretty much played no game time at all.
