Wisdom of the crowd vs SIM

Dear all, please help me to do an experiment in order to check if if "The Wisdom of the Crowd" can beat the SIM. In this way to maybe we can have a better imagine what really matters for the SIM. How you can contribute Each of you should enter on the bellow links the best guess (or your opinion) about what is each skill importance for each position. To fill in the mz user is not mandatory but it would interesting to know who was closest to the wisdom of the crowd. I would be interested n the results! I have my own idea on skills and use the skiller from else where. Add both scores together then divide by 2. This data would prob add imho!I would be interested n the results!

To put percentage importance of each skill (Values between 0 and 100. Total should be 100)
