it should be yes, the players should get exp. one of the reason why i choose availability chip because the exp, there is a real gap between youth who always attend the camp and the youth who doesn't attend the camp at all in experience sector.it should be yes, the players should get exp.

if yes probably not all players will get experience with same rhythm (similar to others skills, some will train faster than others, and experience is probably just like other skill - or - two players with exactly same games: one will get exp faster than another) I used the availability chip. the player played all matches, league, u23+u21 league, cups, friendlies, ( a lot of games ) but the dumb showed no progress in experience for full season.if yes probably not all players will get experience with same rhythm

after TC with availability chip can you share the result? thx (if confirmed and player get some exp or not). note: since the player is on TC and the form is not affected by number of played games, by using this chip can be also a kind of experience boost: you can play with the player maximum matches without losing form and get exp
