Active teams placement into divisions?

Active teams are always placed above inactive ones...so after playoffs have completed then final tables are completed and inactive teams will not get promoted. Years ago when I played hockey then same thing happened to me - finished second or third in league - went to playoffs(didnt finish on first position) and when new leagues were generated I noticed I was in higher league.Active teams are always placed above inactive ones...so after playoffs have completed then final tables are completed and inactive teams will not get promoted.

don't know that if both were inactive they get a 2-2 resultdon't know that if both were inactive they get a 2-2 result

And great, two new managers were allowed in Div1.3, and now one of them will advance into Premier Division with basically a youth team and will not be competitive there, simply splendid.And great, two new managers were allowed in Div1.3, and now one of them will advance into Premier Division with basically a youth team and will not be competitive there, simply splendid.
