MZ Manager 2.4d has been released

Setup the shortcut to run mzmanager.exe as an administrator or power user. During the upcoming week I will set up a Forum on http://mzmanager.dk for users to be able to provide feedback and deliver bug reports.You can download it from here:

Thank you! I feel 15 years younger! :) In the past I used to replace only the executable, and it worked as a charm, can you do the same with the new releases? Thank you! In the next few days I will try the new version. Amd please consider we have tones of matches, like 100 000... you should help our CPU and RAM... :) Sometimes I get the memory error...Thank you! MZ Manager is a windows application. To run it on a mac you need to run it in a virtual pc running a windows image. I still use the good old 2.4c and used the older versions before that. (Joined 2003) This week 2.4c gave an odd error I have never seen before .After the error pops up parsing stalls. Your user is not having the "local administrator" role on your windows PC. You can fix this by right clicking on the shortcut you use to start MZ Manager and select "Properties", then select "Advanced" and check the box to the left of "Run as administrator" .. press "Ok" and "Press "Use" and exit. Next time you start MZ manager using your shortcut, everything should work as it should.

Does it count statistics of the team? Apps and goals of every player, of every season. I am looking for any app assistant that counts it (i like statistics), I got a version of MZ Manager (3.8.2) but it doesn't work properlyDoes it count statistics of the team? MZ Manager has never been higher that version 2.4d (recently released) so maybe it is not MZ Manager you have but perhaps MZ Assistant? MZ Manager saves a lot of statistics for team and player. Best way is to just download it and try it out.

The bug does not occur anymore as the player which had this whitespace error is not in reach of parsing. I have had this issue before. Only thing that helps with this error is to wait until the player ID related to the whitespace error is not in parsing reach anymore and then this error dissapears. The bug occured in this game: https://www.managerzone.com/?p=match&sub=result&mid=1243057011&tid=346922 Unfortunately i do not remember anymore for which player it gave the error! Ahhh, then I think it is a problem with the players name on the opponent team. I can not find the player with the playerid from you image, but my guess is that he has some kind of special character in his name that breaks the string handling in my code.

Thanks! I came back to the game in November last year, and took up the tool development again :) I am glad I didn't have the matches from when I started that would be an impossible baclkog of games to browse through 😁

Honest opinion of the game these days? From what I see - life-less would describe it in one word. Maybe I am wrong? I think back in the days of when you first started developing your program there wasn't really anything such as social media like there is today and it has driven the community away from here?Honest opinion of the game these days?

Now that’s a name I remember from back in the day. Pretty much what you said though sums up MZ. Credit for making software etc but for it to still be necessary just shows how little the game has evolved

I have a question: in training section, after the date, it says the skill trained and a number: this number is always 1 but one time i get number "2" and the % of training that fall from 100% to 75%. In the data feed we get from managerzone we get the numbers 1-4 (the very old training system) for training effect. 1 = 100%, 2=75%, 3=50 and 4 = 25%. 0% = no training.

You need to enter the security code instead of your password- You can find your security code down the Edit Profile page. If it's not there yet it needs to be generated.

You need to enter the security code instead of your password-
You can find your security code down the Edit Profile page. If it's not there yet it needs to be generated.

you need to make mzmanager run as administrator. right click the shortcut to start mzmanager select "properties" select "advanced" select "run as administrator" press the "Ok" button press the "Use" or "Ok" button Start mzmanager again. when you're not loged in as local administrator, windows will move all datafiles mzmanager use to your local windows user folder. MZmanager is not made to handle that, and therefore fails.

But it's in their interest to make it work and they have fixed things in the past. In the notes they have not mentioned that they have shut down the services listening for 3rd party software. Hopefully they just “forgot” starting it.
