Deterioration Calculation

Hello all - What is the current logic on the speed a player deteriorates?

I’ve previously sold up squads at 28 but seeing players 29/30 going for 1m+ this season is making me reevaluate.

Exploring this, I believed as a rule a player would roughly lose 1 speed and stamina ball per season from age 30.. however, multiple examples of players aged 32/ nearly 33 on the market at the moment with 9 speed and stamina!?

Any steer welcome. Assume player training speed/ PI/ coaches all factors? I also saw removing a player from training field suggested as a preventative measure..

For context, below is the understanding I’ve historically worked to on mental dog:

‘My player has deteriorated, why is that?
Players when they get to a certain age start loosing skills. This normally happens after 25 but instances of younger players loosing skills have been noticed as well as well as player as old as 33 still gaining skills. So it is down to the individual. It is believed you can avoid this by removing the player from the training ground, although there is no solid proof that this is true. Placing a player on a station with a coach will reduce the chance of deterioration, and can reverse it. However, there will still come a point when a player is too old for this to work as, even with a coach, his deterioration will be higher than his training gain.’

Thought this was likely more a discussion than question - hence creating in this forum. Thanks

Player looses first ball of speed stamina at the first day when they turn 30 years old.

Second ball off speed stamina is lost during the period: at the end of 32 years or at the start off 33 years.

At the middle of 33 years player will detore two balls each of speed and stamina. After that detoriation stops

Exactly as said above. All of those FAQ websites are so outdated and irrelevant now. I wouldn’t use them for information anymore
