Deterioration Calculation

Hello all - What is the current logic on the speed a player deteriorates? I’ve previously sold up squads at 28 but seeing players 29/30 going for 1m+ this season is making me reevaluate. Exploring this, I believed as a rule a player would roughly lose 1 speed and stamina ball per season from age 30.. however, multiple examples of players aged 32/ nearly 33 on the market at the moment with 9 speed and stamina!? Any steer welcome. Assume player training speed/ PI/ coaches all factors? I also saw removing a player from training field suggested as a preventative measure.. Player looses first ball of speed stamina at the first day when they turn 30 years old. Second ball off speed stamina is lost during the period: at the end of 32 years or at the start off 33 years. At the middle of 33 years player will detore two balls each of speed and stamina. After that detoriation stopsPlayer looses first ball of speed stamina at the first day when they turn 30 years old.
