Just looking for a bit of help / guidance on youth training and development I have the following youth; [fpl=216398945] Scout report states the following; 4 stars for keeping and ball control 1 star Aerial passing and stamina 3 stars for training speed He's 17, with the following stats; Speed: 5 Stamina: 2 Play Intelligence: 0 Passing: 3 Shooting: 1 Heading: 2 Keeping: 1 Ball Control: 4 Tackling: 3 Aerial Passing: 2 Set Plays: 1 Experience: 1 Form: 7 I've had him on training camp General Package No. 6 for the past 7 days which was the most applicable at the time as had no exchanges but he's had no skill increase I'd like to have him trained as a keeper but what would be the best way to max out his skills? should I keep him on the current package or is there a more applicable one to exchange for?Just looking for a bit of help / guidance on youth training and development

I've had him on training camp General Package No. 6 for the past 7 days which was the most applicable at the time as had no exchanges but he's had no skill increase

I'd like to have him trained as a keeper but what would be the best way to max out his skills? should I keep him on the current package or is there a more applicable one to exchange for?

Firstly, once a player starts a training camp you can’t swap their package. They are only allowed to go to camp once per season and once they are sent, even if you end it after one day, that’s their camp for that season. On the player: My opinion would be to exchange him. Even though he has 4 HP keeping, he’s currently 17 with 1 ball in keeping, which is way underdeveloped. He will only ever be a decent youth and Uxx keeper and by the time he has the balls in keeping to be that, he will be too old. Keeping is the slowest skill to train and because he has 1 LP stamina and AP too he’s never going to be any good at a senior level as they are both very important skills for keepers. If you have no current youth keeper than keep him. If you do and have any exchanges available I’d exchange now. I Agree with chucky. Exchange him, you will waste a lot of time to delevope keeping skill, and as I see stamina ant AP is on the low skill so that means hi will never be the great keeper. KingsI Agree with chucky.
