Hi, All,

I have a question regarding the commited pressing.

How it works? how does it change the game(defence, offence).

I have noticed that ofcourse I get more Red cards, does it mean that istead off intercepting the pass defended tryies to tackle more offten of something else.

Still depends on the tactics you are using too and the position of your players. Very basic explanation is instead of marking a zone or “space” your defenders typically will mark a player 1 v 1 and if that player gets the bell they engage them straight away. Also if you turn the ball over your players are quicker to try and get the ball back.

The biggest disadvantages is yes, you will get more cards as your players are attempting more tackles. Your defensive line will also get caught high up the pitch and be exposed at times as they will follow a player and leave all the space in behind them.

That’s a very basic explanation and it differs depending on songs/SP and where your players are on the pitch

I would just quote manual:

English manual wrote:
A Committed approach means that your players will harass the ball carrier more but they will also use up more Stamina (see "Player Attributes" in Training for more information) and run the risk of committing more fouls. A Passive policy, meanwhile, will save on Stamina and reduce the chance of disciplinary problems but could give the opposition too much of an easy time. If you'd rather not do either, select Normal.
