Training speed influencing or not YTC?

I am not sure you can use the traningcamp training for anything, because I dont think normal training speed has that big influence on it. What should be monitored is how the players train when they are not on training camp. I have not been back long enough to have good data enough support any claims. But I look forward to when I have it.

Nobody had realized the change in training?? From my experience training camp is based on the player's training speed without trainer. So I think that youth training camp is influenced by the player's TS. But, if you have a 2TS player that is in the high end of the TS and a 3TS player in the low end, the difference between the two players could be quite small. I think you can really see a difference between a 1TS and a 4TS player. However, just to make things complicated, player have skills - randomly - that train slower. Example: My only 4HP player with power is training slower at power than on other skills - he's getting his 6th puck at power at a slower rate compared to the 7th ball in shooting. In conclusion, managerzone it's a complicated game :).From my experience training camp is based on the player's training speed without trainer.
