Plyaers for new assigned teams

Hi I just have a quick question. I've been looking at some new teams in Ireland. Checking the players, why some new teams get 21y/o loyal players, some get 22y/o? is this random?Hi I just have a quick question. I've been looking at some new teams in Ireland. I started Friday, and when I took the offer of getting x numbers of loyal 21y/o players when paying for 1 month membership I took it. I think the players >21y/o is the one you get when you start the team. I was surprised though that 5-6 of my hockey 21y/o players was drafted for the 21 national team.
