Help adding players to U21 United States National Team

I am a NCA, and for some reason, I am given the option to add players to the U21 NT, but when I click "Add to U21 NT" it doesn't add them to the team. Hi there, NCAs cannot add players to the NT. The call up button is there but it is disabled.Hi there, NCAs cannot add players to the NT.
