My club is going bankrupt. I received an email on Saturday too saying the following:
Our club's current balance is negative and will go bankrupt in 4 week(s) unless you get back on positive numbers.
Does that mean that unless I remove the negative balance by Saturday youth academy will close and coaches will leave? Or do I get another week?
I don't afford to close the academy and lose one year investment in youths so I I joined all the cups and friendly leagues I could possibly join but I doubt they would be enough.
Any tips to get through this rough patch would be appreciated in this time of doom and gloom.

You do not start losing coaches and training academy in first week. You are not officially declared bankrupt until the fifth consecutive week of negative balance after costs are deducted. Selling players and playing matches are the easiest way to get back in the positive. Make sure you are playing two home and away friendly matches as this is a decent easy chunk of coin for the club.
Usually selling players of little value is not going to bring you positive and you may need to part with one of your better players.

Also, shop for cheaper coaches when their time is up. You should be able to find good 4 star coaches for about 1/3 less than you are currently paying. Also, there is very little reason to shell out the cost for a 5 star coach as you can get most of the benefit with a 9 ball, 4 star coach.

Another good form of income is have a look at any “achievements” you are yet to complete. A lot of achievement chains once complete offer a decent one off payment of team money

What do you think of ultimately demolishing the stadium if I don't get even by Saturday?

Yes I'm trying this one. But the ones I have left are tough.

If your academy is so important to you as I understand than best and easiest option seems to be to sell the players! Restructre your club. Also make somekind of assessment what you did that lead to on the verge of bankruptcy.
Couple of points when I check your team -
Youth and world leagues
I see that you play in world league and U18 league. With 1 ticket you can play them all - U18 world league, U21 and U23 league too - from there you'll get extra income!
Number of senior players
You have 18 senior players. I don’t know about your goals, but to me it seems a lot considering you play in Maltas div 1.1. And two 30+ players have their skills open – they seem kinda a pointless purchases in terms of salary – they both have 10k+ salary which means you spend around 260k per season for their salaries. This sum may seem nothing, but at the beginning cash is very limited resource, so it is very important to cut down expenses anywhere where possible. Remember that MZ is marathon game – so your focus should be on laying the foundation for the future.
Last season your current league consisted of 11 inactive teams - meaning to get an promotion you most likely only need to log once this season and there is a chance you'll get promoted as active teams are placed above inactive ones when final league positions are calculated. Even if you finish on relegation zone – than all div1s are looked as a whole – meaning if there is not enough active teams, there is still chance that you won’t be relagated. This would give me a clear indicator that old dudes should just be sold and those funds can be used to build for the future.
