youth talents

i have so many seasons too bad youth players how is that posible ? and if a talented with 3-4 stars in stamina is with 1 star speed or ball contr?i have so many seasons too bad youth players how is that posible ?

First off all you can always change youth by releasing and taking the new ones in the allowed period. Also always every week on tuesdays you get free 2 youth exchanges where you can get some good talents. If you make one off the tours you get an extra youth exchange. From my experience when I take 23 youths academy if 3-4 of them are talented I consider it already as a good luck.First off all you can always change youth by releasing and taking the new ones in the allowed period.
