Normally I think this is a splendid idea with extras, and a cup, loyal players or team money but this time I think it is a joke. Tokens, 1 trade TC and three scout games ... come on I think you could have added a little more this time - a free X-mas cup for all age categories or something like that. Lower-tier teams do not use these in bulk anyway.

Giving money away all the time is what inflates the transfer market. People seem to never be happy and always want more and more. Everyone just got a free cup, Black Friday packages offered transfer money, loyal players etc. Can’t get it amazing every time. Yes, but this is also a business. Those Xmas bonuses for the staff don't pay themselves. :) A loyal would have been nice actually since they are throw-aways most of the time and don't impact the market as such.
