Hi all! 1.My foreign player is going to be retire. I would like to wait for this moment, but i have to buy another player. In this situation, end of the season I'll fire him. I don't have time to build a new team because he will be retired the start of the next season and i need a foreign place. I would like to remember him and see him on my retired players, but I can't. It's problem for me, and a lot of managers. We need approximately one week to buy a new player. If the manager can decide the time of the retirering.(For example 7 days after the league or a start of the next season),can solve this feature. :) 2.Why the NC and NCA can't see that the players were in the training camp? Unfortunately i have to click the players, and I see after the click. It's a little bit annoying. 3.I would like to know (as NCA)the players Lowest,Highest potentials,and the Youth training speeds. It's very heavy to write every managers, and if we see, we can easily make a training plan. It can helps for the smaller nations.Hi all!

1. Teams still play cups/WL’s etc all up until day 1 of the new season. Retiring players early would effect their availability for these matches. Players should retire at the end of the season how they do currently. 2 and 3. Just because you are the NC or NCA doesn’t give you any right to the players. The players are still the managers and you can suggest training etc. but the managers don’t have to listen. I know plenty of NC and NCA’s who I wouldn’t trust for advice on training or tactics or anything mind you. In saying that most managers will share their players maxing’s/training speeds/Potential with the NC but it’s at their discretion and should remain that way

I undestand, what you say, but in my own situation, I should fire my foreign player, and a lot of managers do this. The future of the team is more important, than my retired players, but i can accept your viewpoint. 2.3. Is ok, but in the small communities have 10-20 good managers or less and maybe 120-150 others. We have almost no chance to win any National Cups. If the NC and NCA can see the young players lp,hp and training speeds, he/she can gives advices, he can build a same level national team as the top nations. I can see the skills, but I can't see the abilities. The managers don't have to do what the NC or NCA advised, but we can easier find the most potential players. In this case I wrote about the young footballers. The adults are an other thing, but might be we can increase the number of the good players.

170 users is a small community! Wow! Scotland must be a tiny-weeny community! We have at best 20 active users! Regards NT I feel NC gets too much info already! We can see partial skills which identity's what skills are maxed. Not very helpful if I’m selling a player on the market and I’m trying to cover 1 bad maxing. U23 yea, U18 I can’t see how it would ever work. Players at that age are so close and in the space of a week through training camps a player could go from a starter to barely in the squad. You’d literally need to be scouting every day.

At present you could have a brilliant batch of 20 year old players and they will never compete at u21 level due to missing 1 year of training. Would make your NCA’s worth while. How about we vote for the NT manager and that person can delegate who ever they wish to do Uxxx teams. If they do all them selves then they are a micro manager. Bring in more international tournaments!!!At present you could have a brilliant batch of 20 year old players and they will never compete at u21 level due to missing 1 year of training.
