Youth academy queries

Hi all. Fairly New to the game. Made lot of silly mistakes but managed to sell a couple of players and im good now. I found out about the youth reveals which is really fun. I have a player who's 16 and has 5 speed, 3 stam, 5shooting already. Hes HP 4 stars in shooting and play int. Hes LP 2 stars in keeping and set pieces I think it was. So im assuming this guy could be a stud if trained correctly? Equally his speed could max out at 6 even? Worse case scenario of course. But could have multiple 10s. My other question is ive got 10 16 year olds with potentially only 3 or 4 worth keeping. I plan on making my youths at next opportunity. Should I do a custom build or just build it up with the exchange program. Or if I up my youths from 10>23 I think it is. Will I immediately get 13 youth players of equal age? For financial reasons should I sack all my seniors bar maybe 3 or 4 I could train up for decent profit? Do most good teams invest in coaches with 8 balls in speed and stamina for their youths?Hi all. Investing in high level coaches for youth isn’t smart financially. That first 16 year old you mention sounds like a stud. I would train Speed ball control and stamina each to see if they max out at 7 or below. If not then you’re all set at striker!Investing in high level coaches for youth isn’t smart financially.

How many players from the youth academy out of 16 for example usually come out as good players? Is it worth of building a complete team of 16 players from the youth academy, or just pick the best ones for the first team?How many players from the youth academy out of 16 for example usually come out as good players? Think your better staggering it. So if your going with 16 Go with 5,5,6 Hopefully you will get 1/2 decent players a seasonThink your better staggering it. So if your going with 16

regarding your player with 5/3/5 train firstly for him if you are not going to play areal passing than: speed, stamina and bc. regarding the coaches I keep 3-4 B level coaches for the youths which comes back from TC. Hi bro. Im trying to build a passing team. The 5/3/5 guy who was 4star HP. Maxed in speed at 5. Lol

My hope is still 10 stam and 10 shooting backed up with 8 BC. Would this player still command a place at the top or is the coffin nailed with that 5 for speed even with max skills elsewhere?My hope is still 10 stam and 10 shooting backed up with 8 BC.
