What does the black spot in the training circle mean?

Is that the extra that the coach is helping? If there is no black spot then that means even if the coach has a higher number of balls that they are not benefiting from having him there?Is that the extra that the coach is helping? I’m not exactly sure what black for you are referring too? On the training report the little black jacket next to each players training bar indicated they are currently being trained by a coach if that’s what you meantI’m not exactly sure what black for you are referring too? The colour just represents the training effectiveness. The more green and darker green shows the players training fastest. The training report already lists players in order of training speed for you anyhow
