Custom Youth Setup

I have 11 16yo youths now thay all are trash and want to rid them If I use Custom Youth Setup and order 23 new youts 16yo, will my current remain or will change them inastantlyI have 11 16yo youths now

No they wont change. You will keep your current 11 and get an additional 12 16year olds.

Most of the youths will be for the market so not an option for me to keep them till 21 from my experience till now(60 youths this season), 75% are crap with 2 HP and the rest 3, so waiting something similar, till now havent see a 3HP player on the market that can become top player, and havent see 4HP player to my youth academy yet so all 3 HP will be developed for the market that people use them for uXx cups with this lack of good players the upcoming seasons nothing good is waiting MZ, just more people leaving the game, especialy with the gamble what youths you will have this will be my 3rd try for youths this season and if the info crew provide for their product is correct so must not have any more 2HP players, else is false info to take peoples money Each time you use the Scout Report on a new player, the chance of achieving a certain star rating will be as follows: Highest potential 1 star: very rare 2 stars: ~45% 3 stars: ~51% 4 stars: ~4% mine is (from 60 players) 2 stars: 75% 3 stars: 25%

Each time you use the Scout Report on a new player, the chance of achieving a certain star rating will be as follows:

Highest potential
1 star: very rare
2 stars: ~45%
3 stars: ~51%
4 stars: ~4%

mine is (from 60 players)
2 stars: 75%
3 stars: 25%

[fpl=210056402] [fpl=210200256] Not going to know how good they can be but both on 3HP 1 LP. I’ve seen plenty of 3HP players become top players. Like darkline said best thing to do in my opinion would be get all 17year olds. Then that gives you the ability to still camp all good players and exchange the others. By the end of the season you should have a solid youth team of 16 and 17 year olds with good potential.

I'd wait until end of the season(~day83-84) and than take new batch of 18-year olds as alot of them will be exchanged - send kept youths to TC, and the ones who were just exchanged send them to Youth Conditioning Camp and when there is still free spots for TC send the best ones to TC and final day of the season. It takes some proper planning as you need to have enough TC spots available towards the end of the season.I'd wait until end of the season(~day83-84) and than take new batch of 18-year olds as alot of them will be exchanged - send kept youths to TC, and the ones who were just exchanged send them to Youth Conditioning Camp and when there is still free spots for TC send the best ones to TC and final day of the season.

It takes some proper planning as you need to have enough TC spots available towards the end of the season.

Yes this are good players to sell or play with them at uXx cups but I personaly will not keep them, will took the money and will buy better unmaxed 4HP players like have about 20 already from market, the first one will not have any skill more than 8 the second one will have mostly 1-2 skills 9 but 99% of the time not, and that can be set plays or head, if they were 4HP everything is possible If I took 17 years old cant sell them till they go 20 so must pay salaries and that will be more than you pay as youths my problem is that 75% from youths till now were with 2HP wich is ridiculous with the infor provided for the product we buy, its like to buy shirt 100% cotton but will be only 30, no idea where the game is based but in EU where I play must follow the EU laws, when you write those % must be that this will be my third try this season, as I say from 60 till now, 45 were 2HP all the changes were also 2LP, nobody says that 4HP will be great player as can have trash LP like most of the 3HP players(most of mine are LP speed or stamina) If this continue will make sure to have my money back with compensation, contact the support several times and recive only - keep trying, as I said at another of my post - if wanted to play gamble should register at casino Already regret that start playing again after 6-7 years and wondered why so less people are left to this game, but with the upcoming lack of good players more people will leave, I have money but not good players to buy and start to be boring of that, also this gamble with the youts must be fixed very soon, some of my friends have 5-6 4HP players and just 2-3 with 2LP, that compared with mine is unfair a lot at long and short term, I`m pretty sure that there is no good manager that will keep high amount of 2HP players for 3 seasons

if somebody have used the Custom set up for 17-18 years old, how they look like All the people that I asked -nobody is impressed, bad trainings and plenty of maxes like the loyal players Its easy to build a good team if you have team money MY pleasure of the game like many others is to rise a star from your own academy and this have become almost impossible, no need skills or knowledge, just luckif somebody have used the Custom set up for 17-18 years old, how they look like
All the people that I asked -nobody is impressed, bad trainings and plenty of maxes like the loyal players
Its easy to build a good team if you have team money
MY pleasure of the game like many others is to rise a star from your own academy and this have become almost impossible, no need skills or knowledge, just luck

Basically, if you take 16 y/olds and you don't exchange them but still send them to TC until they turn 18, they will look pretty much what you will get from the custom setup if you get 18 y/old players. The thing is, normally you don't train 16 y/old players if they're poor, you exchange them.... so don't expect to use the custom setup and get a team full of stars because you'll be dissapointed, just get 18 y/olds, keep the ones you like and exchange the rest for 16 y/olds So I'll say if you're not in a hurry, follow evosa's advice

not full of starts, but reading the news and what I get till now this season(45 with 2HP from 60), must not have any 2HP but probably will be 20 trash again from the exchange till now have seen only 2HP players(only one 3HP with 1LP stamina) I will use the setup just to get rid of this trash that have now and not to wait 2 weeks for new youths, will be third try this season the problem with the 18yo will be that cant sell them 3 seasons, and dont believe that 3HP player will be good for me so I train them for the market, till now havent see such a player with 3HP, only fot uXx use but this is not my target the current situation is that a week ago had 23 youths and acording the reports didnt want any of them - 17 were 2HP and 6 with 3HP but every one had speed ot stamina for LP and is ridiculous, will never send 2LP player to TC its waste of time the first 23 were the same, kicked 20 and take new and same trash continues, the changes- same only 2LP just trying to get some normal youths to have something to train else why to have youths at all, already missed to play at youth leagues because of that and is more loses from incomes, but will not keep 23 players for 3 seasons just to fire them at the end Just want to get for what I pay - the product label that is announcednot full of starts, but reading the news and what I get till now this season(45 with 2HP from 60), must not have any 2HP but probably will be 20 trash again
