Similar to a clan or a brotherhood, a Federation is a social group where managers with common interests can compete. Many ManagerZone federations organize internal competitions such as Friendly Leagues and Cups, as well as compete in friendly tournaments against other federations. You can join Federations by purchasing a Silver or Gold Federation Pass. The silver pass allows you to be a member of 5 federations while the gold pass allows you to join up to a maximum of 20 federations at the same time.
