Tour awards 2 additional work permits

I will obtain this award this season but my question is when I do buy another 2 foreign players, what will happen with them next season if I don't participate in the world cup, will I lose them and if so, will those two players be fired automatically?I will obtain this award this season but my question is when I do buy another 2 foreign players, what will happen with them next season if I don't participate in the world cup, will I lose them and if so, will those two players be fired automatically?

No you get one time 2 extra. Once you have the extra slots filled with players you can keep them as long as you want. However, if you would sell a player with work permit in a later season where you didn't do the tour, you will not be able to buy a foreign replacement.
