Training speed vs u18 competetiveness

Hey, just got a nice youth with 3* HP shooting and heading, but only 1 star training speed. I guess this training speed means a few balls less than average at the age of 18. Is it really bad if I want to have a successful U18 team? Or is it worth to sacrifice that for a potential of selling him later on for some money?Hey, just got a nice youth with 3* HP shooting and heading, but only 1 star training speed. I don’t think you can exchange a player based on his training speed. If you think he’s valuable to your squad he will still gain balls quite fast in training camps and under a coach. He might not be your quickest trainer but that should discourage you if his potential is thereI don’t think you can exchange a player based on his training speed.
