Numbers over 99

I've seen many managers have junior players numbered 100 and over. I've tried to change numbers, but in both football and hockey it only says "Invalid number. Only 1-99 allowed." Players will go into the 100’s if you have a player numbered 99 when they arrive at the club. For example if 6 new youths arrive and you have a player numbered 99 the new youth players will be 100, 101, 102 etc.Players will go into the 100’s if you have a player numbered 99 when they arrive at the club.

And when you buy a new player. The highest possible number is 255.And when you buy a new player. The highest possible number is 255.
