No sound in games

sure, that's why I posted it in the forum to see if anyone else is having the same issue. It seems it's only me and I have really tried everything but no results. I have also contacted the support but I guess the customer service here is in the auto pilot... Problem is that most likely support won't be able to diagnose the issue you're having, let me see if I can help, what browser are you using? Did you try a different browser? To be honest, it seems to me that you accidentally managed to lower the ingame volume on the 3D, when you're watching the game on 3D, click the settings "gear" item and you'll see an overlay with the settings, make sure volume is not at 0% and if it is, just adjust the volume to the desired level.Problem is that most likely support won't be able to diagnose the issue you're having, let me see if I can help, what browser are you using? I am using Safari on a Mac. No I have checked the in game settings a lot of times and paying with different levels of volumes but no effect. On Google Chrome the sound is ok but the monitor goes dark when the game loads. It's funny.I am using Safari on a Mac.
