MZ Hockey SIM improvement

[b]Dear CREW,[/b] Gathering together from countries around the world, we would like to unite in one reason and ask you to upgrade hockey SIM. During last years we have been improving our teams, optimizing strategy and tactics to fit into sim but even sharing experience and knowledge we observe growing unbalance and irrational results. The game become very lottery and it is hard to continue develop of players and teams without stabilization of sim engine itself. The most critical points are:
- The advantage when playing away

As society we are open for discussion and any support you would need from our side to make next step for ManagerZone Hockey SIM … it is about time

There is one thing I wish to see gone with the current sim. The goalie catches the puck behind the net. It's like it doesn't exist. A forward can't really attack behind the net with the current sim. Hello. I agree that not always the best team wins, but it doesn't happen to the same team every day. A game like Celtic - Barcelona is something you don't see 3 times in a lifetime. You can't make a rule out of it. It happens. Yesterday I lost to a 7 mil team playing in div.2. My team is valued at 14 mil. The shots were 27-12 and the score 2-3. A defeat like that is once in a season. If it is a one-timer, I can live with that. But is it? Because at the start of the season I lost 1-4 to a friend of mine who's having U23 squad valued at 9 mil. Also, the shots were mostly from my side. Maybe it was a tactical issue. I don't want to go in that direction. The point is that we can't expect to win all the matches. If we win most of them when we are far better than our opponent, then no-one will complain. It should represent hockey this but it's embarrassing. Those who have good teams have to endure these random embarrassing results for everyone to think it's fun to play the game? Of course, the best team should not always win, but there are many such matches here. Difficult to circumvent this regardless of team or tactics.

Yes, later or sooner crew need to take our feedback or they lose on this not comment approach. This match as like at least 2-3/Day for me. So maybe we need to do more work and crew use GPA to help. Also when we test we need more games then 10/week. It feels like the sim let him down at the last hurdle .. not very nice :D , I'd be disappointed . As the sim improvement is pretty much out of the question, maybe they will improve the other aspect of this game. Fingers crossed :)

But 18-13 in shots and 0-4 isn´t unusually in the game of hockey. It happens a lot and last time I check you dont win games by shooting. Its how many goals you can make that counts. Sometimes I get the feeling here that a lot of managers believe that the team taht fire away most shoots automatically should win the game.
