Delay of buying players from the same team

Hi, In Belgium, we have a small community. There are only a few managers focussing on U18, then some on U21, others on U23, and quite a few on Seniors. Also, there are not a lot of active managers so the possibility to sell and buy from teams is small cause we can only buy 2 players of the same squad and have to wait for [b]13!!!![/b] weeks to buy another. Can we please fix the delay like to 6-8weeks or something like that. Do you think this is possible? Thanks, B2oobaHi,
