Youth training speeds

Why Isit so slow? Players are 17/18 years old and have literally no skills?

When you get players at 16 there speed, stamina and ball control should all be 4/5s speed and stamina should be quicker to train.

You have pro players making there debuts at 16-18 years old. No youth in this game would even get into some ones Sunday league team??

You should be able to upgrade your youth system to get better youths that start with better stats

i think the system still good, maybe you don't train your player in a proper way.

with the current system i can promote my youth to the main squad at 23 years old to compete in the top of our league.

A player who is 23 is no longer considered a youth. How many players make there professional debuts at 23? Most youths have been tested and either playing at there clubs or discarded by 21.

What I’m saying is a player at 16 wouldn’t have a skill rating of 1/10 in pace or 2/10 in ball control.

Would just be good if the ratings were more realistic

I think the current system is already balance,

if u make U18 stronger, so probably u will got a player who max in every sector in 26 or 27 yo.

Well most players are at there peak at around 28.

Certain type of players can last longer and the better players change there game and play well into there mid 30s maybe I’m asking to much for a basic game?

You’re not wrong but this is one of MZ’s many quirks. You just have to embrace that the timeline is a few years further on than IRL and adjust accordingly.

As someone else mentioned, players become first team ready at around 23 , not 19 / 20.

Do you have coaches working with your youth? I agree that their skill level is pretty low to start, but with good use of coaches and camps I can usually tell by 18 who's going to be worth keeping.

The investment you put in is generally what you get out. If you camp your youth for 5weeks every season, have coaches and regularly upgrade them you’ll always be ok.

Youth training is in line with the rest of the game. Managerzone is a marathon not a sprint and the youth program is in line with this.
