Has this ever been possible/ is there a reason it’s not an option? Massive potential if you have 2 great keepers or a low stamina maxing.Has this ever been possible/ is there a reason it’s not an option?

Yes,,by exploiting a bug. So don't get angered if you get banned or suspended etc. as remember it is against the game rules to exploit bugs.

Calm down! It's only a scout match ;) Your this threatening attitude is not polite. Also rules don't say changing keeper is prohibited.
