New Youth - rate of High potential youths been lowered??

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed? Since the start of this season I have probably had/seen around 20-25 new youths (new season 16yo's, and 16yo's in the youth exchange) and I haven't seen [u]ANY[/u] with a 4 star High Potential! Have they reduced the rate of 4 stars? Anyone else seeing less 4 stars? In hockey its the sameJust wondering if anyone else has noticed?

There is a 4% chance for 4-star according to CREW's info when they released youth potential system. I got for example 0 in 50 season 72 and 4 in 54 season 73 so I believe it is accurate chance :)There is a 4% chance for 4-star according to CREW's info when they released youth potential system. 16yo's 4 star = 1 player (Speed & heading) 3 star = 9 player 2 star = 2 player I guess it's not the greatest position to be in with only 1 x 4 star 16 yo but I'm happy that I have 9 x 3 star 16 yo as some of these have potential to be 9/10 skill. It's the best placed group of 16yo's I have had so early in a season. Will be trying to ditch the 2 star players ASAP and then hoping to jag a few more 4 star players before season end.16yo's

Interesting. I guess i have just been a bit lucky in the past, and now im having a bit of a dry spell - hopefully i'll see some more 4 stars before the end of the seasonInteresting.
